The selection process comprises of online exam and a personal interview.
Selected candidates shall be trained in latest technologies and domains for six months to one year and deployed on ongoing projects at ASTL's development centres in India or on offshore project locations and shall report to the team leader.
Selected candidates shall be on probation for six months to one year and shall be paid a salary between Rs.8000/- to 10,000/- on a CTC basis during probation. Candidates who are confirmed after probation shall be pad between Rs. 2.2 to 3 lakhs on a CTC basis.
