• No. 79 Aeronautical Engineers Course (AEC) (Permanent Commision for Men)
  No. 51 Short Service Commission Course (SSC) for Men and Women
  Training commences in July 2011

Eligibility Condition:

• Should be an Indian Citizen
• Age: 18 to 28 years as on 1st Jul 2011 i.e. born between 02 Jul 1983 to 01 Jul 1993 (both dates inclusive)
  

Educational Qualifications:
Aeronautical Engineer (Electronics) {AE (L)}: Four year degree qualification and secured a minnimum of 60% marks in all papers put together from recognised university

• Section A&B of Examination of the Associate Membership Examination of Institution of Engineers (India) in Electrical , Electronics or Telecomm. Subjects OR
• Section A&B Examination of the Aeronautical Society of India (Avionics & Comm.) OR
  
• Graduate Membership Examination of the Institute of Electronics and Telecommunication Engg. by actual studies provided the candidate has studied at least eight subject out of the list of eighteen subjects. AERONAUTICAL ENGINEERS (MECHANICAL)

• Four year degree qualification and secured a minnimum of 60% marks in all papers put together from recognised university OR
