Stream is looking for bright, energetic Programmer/Analyst, aspiring to thrive in the fast-paced outsourcing industry:

  • Programmer / Analyst - Finance System (Oracle): Inviting candidates with 2-3 years of experience as Business Application Developer / Programmer / Analyst with proficiency in Oracle E-Business Suite or Oracle Applications along with hands on experience in iProcurement, Purchasing, Payables, General Ledger, AP, AR, GL, Fixed Assets, FA etc. Knowledge of PL/SQL, API, Self-Service, Workflow and AME is compulsory

  • Programmer / Analyst - Finance System (Hyperion): Inviting candidates with 2-3 years of experience as Business Application Developer / Programmer / Analyst with proficiency in Hyperion Planning / Hyperion System 9 / Hyperion Financial Management / Hyperion Essbase along with hands-on experience in Implementation, Design, Development and Customization with these systems

  • Programmer / Analyst - HR/Payroll System (Kronos): Inviting candidates with 2-3 years of experience as Business Application Developer / Programmer / Analyst with proficiency in Kronos Workflow Central / Kronos along with hands-on experience in PL / SQL API, Interfaces and Kronos Connect.

  • Programmer / Analyst - HR/Payroll System (Oracle): Inviting candidates with 2-3 years of experience as Business Application Developer / Programmer / Analyst with proficiency in Oracle E-Business Suite or Oracle Applications along with hands-On experience in HRMS, HR, Self-Service, Manager Self-Service, Enployee Self-service, Compansation Workbench, Workflow, AME, Approvals Management Engine, Payroll Interfaces etc. Knowledge of PL / SQL, API, Self-Service, Workflow and AME is a must.

  • Data Central Representative: Inviting candidates with 1 year experience in Data Processing (HR & Payroll) and min. 1 year experience in General Customer Service. Proficiency in handling process, record and data entry pertaining to emplyee's recoerd into HRMS and Payroll Systems. Knowledge of HRMS system (Oracle) and familiratity with Lotus Noes is preferred.

  • Informatica ETL Developer: Inviting candidates with 5 years of experience in Informatica along with SQL Server/Oracle. Proficiency in developing an ETL lifecycle plus a strong Unix/Linux scripting experience in Data Analysis. An Experience of 10 years as an ETL Developer is essential.

  • Sr. Data Central Representative: Inviting candidate with 3 years of Experience in data processing (HR & Payroll) and knowledge of general customer service. Should have an understanding of HRMS systems (Oracle) and a skill to process, record and enter all data pertaining to employee's records into HRMS and Apyroll Systems. FAmiliarity with HRMS systems (Oracle) and Lotis Notes is preferred. Must possess the flair to coach and mentor less experience team members.

  • Data Central Team Manager: Inviting candidates with 4 years experience in systems and Data entry along with Access and HRMS (Oracle). Should have atrong ability to lead team members, while fostering their prefessinals development and growth, and with an ability to promote teamwork and cooperation. Responsibilies include: Training the DC staff, coordinating and distributing Data Central Workload on a daily basis. Supervising the entry of employee records and all data pertaining to employee's records into HRMS (Oracle) and payroll systems (ProBusness & ADP). Co-oorinating with Site HR staff to resolve data issues.

  • .NET Developer: Inviting candidates with 3-5 years experience in application development and adept with software engineering concepts such as object oriented and .NET software design. He should possess a sound knowledge of .Net industry and incorporate creativity & innovation and follow work etics. Other technical requisite include but are not limited to: .NET framework, C#, VB.Net, ASP.Net, Web Services, SOAP, WSDL, XML, XSLT, SQL, ASP and Visual Basic.

  • Sr. HRMS Analyst - (Kronos): Inviting candidates with 5 years experience in Kronos, Kronos timekeeping and Kronos Workforce Central

  • Sr. HRMS Analyst - (Oracle): Inviting candidates with 5 years experience in implementing Oracle Systems and HRMS. Should specialize in Converting Legacy Systems into Core Oracle using localization.
