MAN Diesel India Limited requires SOFTWARE APPLICATION ENGINEERS

Application Area: Human Machine Interface for large-bore diesel engines for marine applications

Tasks:
  • Analyze Software Requirement
  • Specify interfaces and operational and performance requirement of Software modules
  • Design, Development , testing and maintenance of Software Modules
  • Development of tools for automated testing
  • Programming in C++ on Windows XP Platform with Borland C++ Builder
  • Configuration Management with IBM Rational Synergy
Mandatory Qualifications:
  • Graduate / Post Graduate in Computer Science or Similar disciplines
  • Programming in C++
  • Windows Programming
  • English (Spoken and Written)
  • Team Oriented
Optional Qualifications, at least 4 items required:
  • Embedded Software
  • Data communication (TCP/IP and UDP)
  • Standard Template Library (STL)
  • Unified Modelling Language (UML)
  • Object Oriented Design
  • Configuration Management
  • Knowledge of Motor Control Systems
Experience: 3 years of Industrial experience within above areas
