IBM Daksh requires Technical Support Engineer. Walk-in form 8th to 16th October, 2009Qualifications & Experience:
- Graduate in any IT field or BE/BTech n Computer Science & IT , MCA , BCA, GNIIT etc.
- At least 3 years experience in implementing , administrating and / or troubleshooting PC and Macintosh Operating Systems such as 2000/XP/Vista, Linux , OSX
- A minimum of 1 year experience in troubleshooting network environment with typical network services, applications and connectivity components
- MCSE or an equivalent certification
- Experience in a customer service environment will be an added advantage
