Governation is an IT product Company by eGovernments Foundation requires the following IT professionals:

• Tech Lead (20 Positions)
  Exp: 6-8 years
  Skills: Good skills on JUnit, Structs2, Hibernate, EJB and Servlets/JSP. Good OO design abilities, knowledge about application servers, Hibernate / any other ORM tool. Exposure to refactoring, development processors, exposure to dynamic languages, work flow engines and web services. Strong technical , analytical and design skills. Self motivated and driven. Ability to mentor juniors in good design and architecture.
  
• Tech Manager (20 Positions)
  Experience: 8 to 12 years
  Skills: HAnds on core Java / J2EE / Spring Hibernate / Structs2 / Ant / Ajax. At least 4 years on the above techno9logies and frameworks. Strong technical , analytical and design skills. Must have worked in an Agile / Interactive environment. Self motivated and driven. Ability to mentor juniors in good design and architecture.
  
• Architects (05 Positions)
  Experience: 12+ years
  Skills: Hands on experience in multiple technology streams (J2EE. Dynamic languages, .Net etc.). Strong technical , analytical and esign skills. Ability to create product architecture by consolidating abstraction from various streams. Must have worked in an agile / interactive environment
  Desirable: GIS System, visualization techniques experience in the mobile space SOA
  
• Business Analyst (10 Positions)
  ExXperience: 4-7 years
  Skills: HAnds on experience in requirement Analysis, Business Process Engineering, Software Implementation, Trend Analysis
  Desirable: Financial domain knowledge
