Requires the following at PUNE:

1. Sr. Executive Tech Support (CS-01) 1 post
Minimum 4 years relevant experience is must.
Relevant Engineering Graduates.

Experience in the field of ISP services , Web Hosting Solutions, Servers and Server Management services.
In-depth knowledge of System administration of either Windows or Linux platforms , Network devices like routers / firewalls.
Excellent Project management and team management skills.

2. Engineer Customer support (CS-03) 4 posts
Minimum 2 years relevant experience is must.
Relevant Engineering Graduates.
Experience in the field of ISP services , Web Hosting Solutions, Servers and Server Management services.
In-depth knowledge of System administration of either Windows or Linux platforms.
Actual experience of configuring & managing DNS / Web / Mail and database servers is must.

3. Engineer Service Planning (SP-03) 1 Post
Relevant Engineering Graduates with Post graduation in Management.
Minimum 1 to 2 years experience in any organization.
Service Planning involves work on new Services roll-out plans, Capacity and resource planning.
