Qualifications & Experience: All candidates have to be Engineering/MCA/MBA graduates. All postions require minimum 1 year prior experience in a similar role.

Positions:

  • Senior UI Developers: 4+ years experience.
    Programmming Skills: Java, GWT, Javascript, AJAX, CSS, Flex 3, AIR, ActionScript 3, XML and Web Services; experience building.UI frameworks and data visualizations. Prior experience in GWT or Flex is required.
  • Development Managers/Leads: 5+ years experience.
    Programming skills: Java, Flex, AIR, GWT, Javascript, AJAX, XML, SQL, Spring Framework and Web Services. Hands on experience in programming is required.
  • Implementation Managers/Leads: 5+ years experience.
    Programming skills: Java, SQL, Perl, PHP, HTML, JavaScript, XML, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project and Visio. Hands on experience in technical implementations is required.
  • Senior UI and Visual Designers: 5+ years experience.
    Skills: Expert in CSS, XHTML, Flash, Flex, XML, Dreamweaver/lndesign, CS3, Photoshop. A graduate degree in Visual Communication Design, Fine Arts, HCI or Cognitive Sciences is preferred.
  • Product Managers: 7+ years experience. Prior enterprise business applications experience with hands on experience in product definition and product management deliverables is required.
  • Others: Documentation Managers/Senior Writers (exceptional English language skills, expertise in Wiki and other collaborative documentation tools, Robohelp, Frame maker, Adobe Acrobat, MS Word, PowerPoint and Visio); Sr. Database Administrator (Oracle, SQL Servers, MySQL); Software Engineers - Server (Java, XML, SQL, Spring Framework, Web Services, JMS, JBI, Workflow): Implementation Engineers (same skills set as implementation leads). If you have a minimum of 2 years experience, you can send your resume to be considered for entry level positions.
