Invites application for the post of:

• DATA AND INFORMATION SYSTEMS SPECIALIST

Scope of Work: Assist in development of monitoring systems and in implementation of the Integrated Urban Poverty Monitoring System and JNNURM Project Tracking and Monitoring System, undertake data analysis and develop a database at the central level, along with a methodology for online data entry.
Selection Criteria: A Master's degree in Economics, Statistics or IT; operational management skills and public sector experience with at least 7 years experience in monitoring and evaluating large projects and programe; and sophisticated IT skills.
