Currently looking for: Software Testing Function : Focus on Functional / System / Integration / Regression Manual Testing in Insurance / Financial Investments Domain

Workflow Models: V-Model, RUP, Defect Life Cycle, Test Life Cycles, On-Shore Off Shore Project experience, Internal Review Procedures.

Platforms: Mainframe, Web Applications, Oracle, DB2, Websphere and Large integration of 3rd party product solutions e.g. PeopleSoft, Business Objects, etc.

• Test Managers (6-9 years Experience in Testing arena) (Ref: TM)
  Skill Set: Test Consultation, Test Stretegy, Test Planning, Test Methodology, Estimations, Test Case Creation, Test Automation, Reviews, Test Architecture Framework. Ability to lead effectively and retain team members.
• Test Analyst (4-6 years in Testing areana) (Ref: TA)
  Skill Sets: Test Stretagy, Test Planning Estimation, Test Case Creation, Test Automation, Reviews, Test Execution
  
• Testers & Senior Testers (2-4 years in Testing arena) (Ref: T/ST)
  Skill Sets: Test Execution, Test Automation execution, Test Case Creation
